SMX is an immersive executive simulation where participants run a company using The Standard Model for Business.

Working in leadership teams, participants make strategic, operational and governance decisions as their organisation moves through the stages of development. Every decision affects the company’s trajectory, forcing leaders to balance growth, capability, risk and capital.
