Transform your organisation

We help you improve how your organisation works.

Using The Standard Model for Business, we work with your leadership team to make the changes your organisation needs, and help embed them across the business.

From $250,000

Knowing what needs to change is different from making change happen.

Most organisations know where some of their problems are. The harder part is fixing them in a way that works across the whole business.

One change often affects several teams, systems and processes. Without a clear view of how everything fits together, improvements can become fragmented, priorities can compete, and progress can stall.

The Standard Model Enterprise Transformation helps you make changes in a coordinated way, so the organisation improves as a whole rather than one function at a time.

What is Enterprise Transformation?

A hands-on programme to improve how your organisation works.

The Standard Model Enterprise Transformation is a practical implementation programme for organisations that need to make significant changes across several parts of the business.

Using The Standard Model for Business, we work with your leadership team to decide what needs to change, put those changes into practice, and help make them part of the way the organisation works.

This may include improving structures, processes, systems, governance, roles and responsibilities across the business.

The focus is not on producing another report. It is on making real changes and helping your organisation sustain them.

Transform the organisation as a system

Improve the whole business, not just one part.

An organisation is made up of many connected parts. A change in one area can affect people, processes, systems and decisions elsewhere.

The Standard Model for Business gives us a clear view of the whole organisation across its five stages and twenty functions. This helps us understand how each part works, where changes are needed and how those changes will affect the rest of the business.

Rather than improving functions in isolation, we look at how they work together. This helps make sure changes are joined up, practical and support the organisation as a whole.

The result is a business that works better together, with fewer gaps, less duplication and clearer responsibilities.

What we can transform

Improve the parts of the organisation that matter most.

Every transformation is different. Some organisations need to fix a few important areas. Others need wider change across several functions.

Using The Standard Model for Business, we can help improve:

Functions
Strengthen individual functions such as Business Development, Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, or Risk Management.

How the organisation is structured
Improve roles, reporting lines, responsibilities and how teams work together.

Governance
Clarify how decisions are made, who is accountable and how performance and risk are overseen.

People and skills
Build the knowledge, experience and leadership needed to support the organisation as it grows.

Systems and processes
Improve the tools, processes and ways of working that support day-to-day operations.

How the organisation works together
Reduce gaps, duplication and confusion between teams, so the business operates as one connected system.

The work is shaped around your organisation. We focus on the areas where change will make the greatest difference.

How it works

1. Agree what needs to change

We work with your leadership team to confirm the areas that matter most, what good looks like and the order in which changes should be made.

2. Make the changes

We work alongside your teams to improve structures, processes, systems, governance and ways of working across the organisation.

3. Embed the changes

We help make the new ways of working part of the organisation, with clear ownership, measures and handover so the improvements continue after the programme ends.

What you receive

Practical changes that are built into the way your organisation works.

Enterprise Transformation is designed to leave your organisation stronger, not simply provide recommendations.

Depending on the scope of the programme, you may receive:

A clear transformation plan
The agreed priorities, actions, owners and timetable for the work.

Improved structures and responsibilities
Clearer roles, reporting lines and accountability across the organisation.

Updated processes and systems
Practical improvements to the way work is carried out, supported by the right systems and controls.

Stronger governance
Clearer decision-making, oversight, policies and reporting where needed.

Implemented improvements across key functions
Changes made within the functions that matter most to the organisation.

Progress reporting
Clear measures to show what has been completed, what has improved and what still needs attention.

Ownership within your organisation
Clear responsibility for maintaining the changes, with handover to your teams so the improvements continue after the programme ends.

From Review to Transformation

Start with a clear view. Then make the changes.

The Standard Model Enterprise Review shows where your organisation is strong, where it needs to improve and what should be prioritised.

Enterprise Transformation takes the next step. We use the findings from the Review to agree the work required and then help your teams make those changes across the organisation.

Enterprise Review: $50,000
Understand how the organisation works today, identify the most important gaps and agree what needs to improve.

Enterprise Transformation: from $250,000
Put those improvements into practice, strengthen the organisation and embed the changes so they last.

If you move from an Enterprise Review into Enterprise Transformation, the $50,000 Review fee is credited against the Transformation engagement.

Outcomes

A stronger organisation that works better as a whole.

By the end of the programme, the organisation should be clearer, more consistent and better able to deliver its goals.

Depending on the scope, this may include:

Clearer responsibilities
People understand who is responsible for what and where decisions sit.

Better ways of working
Processes are simpler, more consistent and easier to follow.

Stronger functions
Key functions have the structure, skills and controls they need to perform well.

Better decisions
Leaders have clearer information, accountability and oversight.

Less duplication and fewer gaps
Teams work together more effectively, with fewer overlaps and fewer areas left unmanaged.

Stronger control
Governance, risk and reporting are improved where needed.

Changes that last
The new ways of working are owned by your teams and become part of how the organisation operates day to day.

Who is it for?

For organisations that need significant change across the business.

Enterprise Transformation is designed for organisations where the challenges are too broad or too important to be solved by improving one function alone.

It may be right for:

CEOs and leadership teams
Who need to improve how the organisation works across several functions.

Boards and shareholders
Who want greater confidence that the organisation has the right structure, controls and ways of working.

Private equity-backed businesses
That need to strengthen the organisation, support growth, prepare for exit or improve performance after an acquisition.

Fast-growing organisations
Where growth has created gaps, duplication, unclear responsibilities or inconsistent ways of working.

Large or complex organisations
Where different teams, locations or business units need to work together more effectively.

Organisations going through major change
Including acquisitions, restructuring, leadership changes, rapid expansion or preparation for a major financing event.

Enterprise Transformation is most useful when the organisation already knows that meaningful change is needed and wants practical support to make it happen.

Why The Standard Model for Business?

One model for the whole organisation.

Many improvement programmes focus on one problem, one function or one part of the organisation. This can solve an immediate issue, but it may create problems elsewhere or miss how different parts of the business depend on each other.

The Standard Model for Business provides a clear structure for looking at the whole organisation across five stages and twenty functions.

This means we can:

See how everything connects
Changes are considered across the wider organisation, not just within one team.

Use one common structure
Leaders and teams can work from the same view of the business, making priorities and responsibilities easier to understand.

Focus on what matters most
The model helps identify where change will make the greatest difference and where other parts of the organisation may also need to improve.

Keep the work practical
The aim is not to introduce a new layer of theory. It is to use a clear model to make the organisation work better.

Stay consistent from review to implementation
The same framework can be used to assess the organisation, agree what needs to change and guide the work through to completion.

The Standard Model for Business gives transformation a clear structure, while leaving the solutions shaped around your organisation.

What Enterprise Transformation is not

Practical support to make change happen.

Enterprise Transformation is designed to help your organisation improve in a focused and lasting way. It is not:

Extra staff
We do not simply provide people to fill roles or increase capacity for a period of time.

Generic consulting
The work is built around your organisation, its priorities and The Standard Model for Business. We do not apply the same solution to every client.

Another report
The aim is not to produce recommendations and leave. We work with your teams to put agreed changes into practice.

A fixed programme
There is no standard package that every organisation must follow. The scope, priorities and pace are shaped around what your organisation needs.

A replacement for your leadership team
Your leaders remain responsible for the organisation. We work alongside them to help make the changes and build the internal ownership needed to sustain them.

The purpose is simple: to help your organisation make meaningful improvements that continue after the engagement ends.

Typical engagement

A focused programme built around your organisation.

Every Enterprise Transformation is different, but a typical engagement includes:

Clear scope and priorities
We agree which parts of the organisation are in scope, what needs to improve and what success should look like.

Executive sponsorship
A senior leader sponsors the work, helps remove barriers and keeps the programme connected to the organisation’s priorities.

Leadership and team workshops
We work with the people closest to the issues to understand what needs to change and agree practical solutions.

Implementation support
We help teams put the agreed changes into practice across structures, processes, systems, governance and ways of working.

Programme governance
Progress is reviewed regularly, with clear owners, actions, decisions and reporting.

Ongoing measurement
We track what has been completed, what has improved and where more work is needed.

Handover and ownership
Responsibility is transferred fully to your teams so the improvements continue after the engagement ends.

The exact shape and length of the programme depends on the size of the organisation and the scale of the changes required.

Investment

From $250,000

Enterprise Transformation engagements start from $250,000.

The final fee depends on the size of the organisation, the number of areas in scope and the scale of the changes required.

If you have already completed a $50,000 Standard Model Enterprise Review, that fee is credited in full against the cost of the Enterprise Transformation.

This means the Review can act as the first step: understand what needs to improve, then move directly into making those changes.

The scope, fee and expected outcomes are agreed before the engagement begins, so there is clear understanding on both sides from the start.

Frequently asked questions

How does an Enterprise Transformation engagement work?

We agree the scope, priorities, timetable, responsibilities and fee before the work begins. We then work alongside your leadership team and the people responsible for each area to make and embed the agreed changes.

Do we need to complete an Enterprise Review first?

Not necessarily. If your organisation already has a clear understanding of what needs to change, we can agree the scope directly.

For many organisations, however, the Standard Model Enterprise Review provides a useful starting point. If you complete the $50,000 Review and then move into Enterprise Transformation, the Review fee is credited in full against the Transformation engagement.

How long does an engagement take?

This depends on the size of the organisation and the amount of change required. The timetable is agreed as part of the scope before the engagement begins.

Who needs to be involved?

Enterprise Transformation requires active support from senior leadership. We will also work directly with the teams responsible for the areas being improved.

A senior executive should sponsor the programme and help make decisions when they are needed.

Can we focus on only part of the organisation?

Yes. The Standard Model covers the whole organisation, but the engagement does not need to.

We can focus on a group of functions, a business unit, a specific area of concern or a wider organisation-wide transformation.

Will you implement the changes or just advise us?

We work with your teams to put the agreed changes into practice.

The exact level of support depends on the engagement, but Enterprise Transformation is designed to go beyond recommendations and help make the changes happen.

Will our own teams remain responsible for the work?

Yes. Your leadership team remains responsible for the organisation and your teams remain responsible for their functions.

We work alongside them, provide structure and support, and help build the knowledge and ownership needed to sustain the improvements.

How is progress reported?

We agree clear actions, owners and measures at the beginning of the programme. Progress is then reviewed regularly with the programme sponsor and leadership team.

Reporting is kept practical: what has been completed, what has improved, what needs attention and what decisions are required.

What happens if the scope changes?

Large transformation programmes often develop as the work progresses. If a material change to the agreed scope is needed, we discuss the impact on the work, timetable and fee before proceeding.

Who owns the work produced during the engagement?

Your organisation will receive the documents, plans and other materials created specifically for your engagement.

The Standard Model for Business itself, including its framework and underlying intellectual property, remains the property of The Standard Model for Business.

How do you handle confidential information?

Enterprise Transformation may require access to sensitive business information. Confidentiality requirements are agreed before the engagement begins, and information is handled in line with the terms of the engagement.

How much does Enterprise Transformation cost?

Engagements start from $250,000.

The final fee depends on the size of the organisation, the areas included and the scale of the work required. The scope and fee are agreed before the engagement begins.

Ready to improve how your organisation works?

If your organisation needs meaningful change across several parts of the business, we can help you decide what to focus on and work with your teams to make those changes happen.

Enterprise Transformation engagements start from $250,000.
